12 months before wedding
Start having regular facials, go at least once a month
If weight loss is desired, have an initial nutritional and dietary consultation. No one really pulls off the 12- week plan, prepare for the 6 month plan.
Begin laser treatments for hair removal,appointments are based on your growth cycle-if waxing begin regular treatments.
6-12 months before wedding
Begin once a month exfoliation treatments. Regular seaweed wraps will help with slimming and general sense of well-being.
Discuss specific requirements with your therapist regarding your skin needs.
There are a huge variety of treatments to choose from.
Massage is excellent for keeping stress levels at bay for you both.
2 months before wedding
1. Have trial for make up and hair 2 months before wedding
2. Start once a week manicures and every other week pedicures
3. Try out some self tanning treatments. discuss with your therapist which one is most suited to your skin type.
4. 1 week to wedding reduce salt intake , this will prevent bloating and fluid retention.
5. Avoid tanning beds or sun. sunburn is hard to cover up
6. No facials within five days of wedding - do it a week before
7. Avoid using new products
8. Get manicure and pedicure a day or two before the wedding. This is the time to have your self tanning treatment also.
9. Book a reflexology session or a massage for this week.
10. Book the groom in for a massage, a gentleman's facial and a manicure to have him looking and feeling good on his big day.
