Some questions we are regularly asked. If you're query is not answered here please get it touch.

1. What should I wear?
We will provide a robe and slippers, which can be worn throughout the entire Spa. You will need to bring your own bathing suit for use of the bath. To maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, please leave pagers and mobile phones in your locker.

2. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your Spa appointments. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged full price for any pre-booked service. All bookings of over one hour, we require a 50 per cent deposit payable by credit card; this is fully refundable if we receive a minimum of 24 hours cancellation.

3. How early should I arrive?
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow us time to familiarise you with our facility. To begin your relaxation, we also recommend time you relax with herbal tea or juice in our relaxation area. Arriving late will shorten the precious minutes of your Spa treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time so that our next guest isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

4. Is tipping appropriate?
The most important thing is that you enjoyed your treatment however your therapist appreciates gratuity, if you are especially pleased with your treatment

5. Is the Spa for me if I'm pregnant?
Yes, even though you should avoid using deep heat or the Balneothearpy bath. We would like to recommend our Maternity Massage (after 12 weeks) and packages for ‘mums to be’. Please inquire about appropriate facials and body treatments to suit your needs. Please ensure that you inform your therapist that you are pregnant.
